Delivery and Shipping

What is the delivery time?

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order in real-time.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Riley Boutique offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (including bikinis and swim shorts) and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service at support@riley-vancouver.com and we will provide you with a step-by-step guide. Only send your return to the address we email you. Returns sent to the address on the original packaging or to the company or warehouse address on our website cannot be processed or refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. It may then take an additional 7–14 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. The refund will be credited back to the payment method used during the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time, processing begins automatically, and changes are no longer possible.
